Q. Can I be accused of sending SPAM by using your service.

A. Absolutely not! All our email lists are 100% opt-in, and we manage opt-outs on a daily basis. We also have the recipeints name, address, telephone, and IP address on file.

Q. When I pay for one million emails, am I guaranteed that one million will be sent out?

A. When you pay for one million emails to be sent (or any other quantity), that's exactly what you get. If a campaign list sends out less than this figure (sometimes, emails are bounced back), we automatically make up the required amount with extra emails, and send them. Often, however, we send out more emails than paid for, to compensate for this.

Q. How old are the emails?

A. All our email lists are compiled from our database within the last six months, so you are guaranteed the best results from your campaign.
